Tracking & Order Modifications

You can track your order status in real-time using the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot reroute packages or modify the shipping destination.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our ceramics, glass, and fragile decor items. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please check with neighbors or your building manager first. If it cannot be located after 3 business days, reach out to our support team so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
